About the Developer Portal

The Developer Portal of the Velocity Interoperability Network is the single point of reference for developers building or maintaining systems that connect to the Velocity Interoperability Network. It publishes the standards that member systems are expected to implement and documents the interfaces exposed by Network services.

The Developer Portal was established on 6 September 2026. Standards are published in numbered series and revised by version; interface documentation is added as each interface is confirmed. Enquiries may be sent to contact@developer.gov.vin.
